What you'll do

• Instruct group fitness classes
• prepare class format, music, and equipment
• teach class techniques and general health and fitness tips
• assist participants with equipment use, form, and safety
• orient new members
• answer questions about programs
• report equipment problems
• enforce group fitness area rules
• observe safety requirements and attend assigned staff meetings. May teach a variety of classes based on experience and specialties.
