The anticipated base pay range is $94,580–$132,412 per year, plus potential annual bonus subject to eligibility and plan requirements. The role leads Olympus’s Post Market Surveillance Analytics and Insights function in Quality & Regulatory Affairs. The role exists to provide reliable, compliant analytics that help PMS leaders monitor complaint handling, vigilance, capacity, and operational performance. It leads a team of five Data Analysts and partners across functions to improve reporting, workforce planning, and decision support, while maintaining the distinction between analytics enablement and complaint-trending decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop five Data Analysts
• manage PMS metrics, dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, and business insights
• govern analytics tools, data sets, reporting logic, and documentation
• provide workforce balancing and capacity analysis
• partner with complaint handling, vigilance, trending, quality, regulatory affairs, IT, regional teams, and business stakeholders
• manage analytics intake and deliverables
• drive automation and self-service reporting.
