What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries
• identify order requirements and recommend products and decoration methods
• follow up on leads and quotes
• prepare and update quotes
• review artwork and coordinate mockups and approvals
• confirm and enter order details
• coordinate with production, purchasing, and customer service
• monitor production and delivery
• coordinate invoices and payment verification.
