Job overview

The People & Culture Manager, Learning & Development role is onsite in Wailea-Makena, HI, with a stated salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year. Fairmont Kea Lani is a luxury oceanfront resort on Maui, and this role supports colleague development and service culture across the hotel. The manager designs and delivers learning programs that build leadership capability, reinforce hospitality standards, and support colleagues’ professional growth. The role also coordinates onboarding, compliance training, development initiatives, learning metrics, and colleague engagement activities.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs
• develop an annual Learning Journey
• facilitate leadership, service culture, compliance, and professional skills training
• lead orientation and onboarding
• coordinate leadership development and career initiatives
• track training completion and effectiveness
• support succession planning, colleague communications, and events.
