Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Support daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, cleanliness, and food-safety standards
• manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to Team Members
• support scheduling, staffing, guest concerns, sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, and financial reporting
• and assist with action plans and special projects.
