Job overview

The Maintenance Technician | Property Maintenance role is onsite in Norristown, PA, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour. Main Street Management’s property management team maintains residential and commercial properties in and around Norristown. The technician completes work orders, repairs, inspections, and unit-turnover tasks to keep properties safe, functional, and rent-ready. The role handles routine maintenance independently and reports larger repair needs or property concerns to management.

What you'll do

• Complete daily maintenance work orders
• diagnose and repair plumbing issues, basic HVAC problems, and carpentry items
• perform general electrical fixture replacement, painting, flooring repairs, and appliance installation or replacement
• respond to routine and occasional emergency requests
• maintain clean work areas
• assist with county and housing inspections
• conduct property walks and report issues
• complete unit-turnover repairs, painting, and punch-list items.
