What you'll do

• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance, including light painting, basic plumbing, cleaning, and HVAC adjustments through the electronic management system.
• Respond to employee Help Desk requests, coordinate and monitor vendors, operate site vehicles and equipment, and maintain clean, safe facilities and grounds.
