Assistant House Manager, Residential Direct Care

The Assistant House Manager, Residential Direct Care role is onsite in Newton Highlands, MA, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour. The Price Center supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential and community-based services, helping residents build independence and participate in daily life. The role supports the House Manager with daily residential operations, resident care, staff guidance, documentation, and health and safety needs. It contributes to a safe, respectful, person-centered home by coordinating household routines and communication with residents’ families, guardians, providers, and the residential team.

What you'll do

• Guide, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals
• support individualized service plans, household routines, staff scheduling, onboarding, and training
• assist residents with daily living, independence-building, budgeting, appointments, and health-related needs
• maintain documentation and communicate with families, guardians, providers, and community partners
• conduct and document safety drills
• support educational, recreational, and community activities.
