What you'll do

• Order parts for technicians, monitor lead times, fees, and freight, and follow up on backorders. Support returns of cores and unused parts
• communicate with service managers
• coordinate with warehouse staff, technicians, supervisors, and the Parts Inventory Control Team on inventory needs. Travel up to 20%.
