What you'll do

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils
• operate the dish machine and change its water hourly
• sort and store clean dishes
• rewash soiled items
• hand-wash pots, pans, and trays
• remove trash and recycle cardboard
• set up or break down the dishwashing area
• fill and empty sanitizing tubs
• sweep and mop floors
• clean the dish machine daily
• wipe spills
• and stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, or refrigerators.
