What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Biomedical/Technical Services department.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 15 BMETs and medical device technicians.
• Oversee repair, preventive maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of medical devices.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Manage workflow, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO quality requirements.
