What you'll do

• Lead and oversee daily operations for up to three crews
• coordinate project logistics, materials, and tools
• prepare for upcoming work
• communicate daily goals to foremen
• maintain safety compliance and organizational practices
• support crew members and conduct annual performance reviews
• direct snow and ice management operations during winter.
