What you'll do

• Coordinate outbound shipments, routing, scheduling, and carrier selection
• ensure shipping compliance and shipment accuracy
• resolve shipping discrepancies
• oversee receipt, inspection, processing, and storage of inbound goods
• investigate receiving discrepancies
• align system transactions with physical material movements
• conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventories
• lead, train, and monitor staff
• promote safety and implement process improvements
• maintain records and collaborate with customer service and production.
