What you'll do

• Canvass four to five days per week and meet field quotas
• train and check in with staff
• create and execute staff training plans
• manage attendance, performance, and professionalism
• collect and report operational data
• safeguard donor data and contributions
• deposit accounted-for donations with the client each night
• communicate with the director team and project manager.
