Regional Vice President

What you'll do

• Own regional P&L and operational objectives
• develop operating and growth plans with the Regional Medical Director, COO, and CFO
• oversee clinic, ASC, and optical department performance
• support physician recruiting
• manage forecasts and budgets
• build regional leadership
• coordinate provider engagement
• participate in M&A due diligence and integration
• drive workflow improvement and provider productivity and quality metrics.
