What you'll do

• Provide hospitality and professional service
• maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and dietary restrictions
• follow service steps accurately
• complete opening and closing procedures for the assigned station
• communicate and collaborate with the team
• address guest concerns and accommodate special requests when possible
• participate in food, wine, and team training.
