Food and Beverage Bartender

What you'll do

• Prepare cocktails and serve wine and beer
• requisition and stock products
• collect payments and record transactions
• maintain and open or close the bar
• follow responsible beverage service and health and safety procedures
• check identification
• track shortages, spoilage, and waste
• promote casino amenities, gaming promotions, and events.
