Clinical Team Lead

The Clinical Team Lead role is onsite in Grass Valley, California; compensation is $36–$37.45 per hour. The position works under a Program Director and closely with the licensed clinical director. The role provides clinical and performance supervision to direct-service staff, supports crisis response and client care, and assists with program development and day-to-day management.

What you'll do

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members
• intervene in crises and notify relevant parties when indicated
• provide on-the-spot counseling
• support member safety and well-being
• supervise staff and monitor productivity and paperwork
• facilitate at least one group session weekly
• assist members in Mental Health Court
• and support staff training needs.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, BBS or California Board of Psychology registration eligibility, two years of mental health service experience, and at least one year of supervisory or management experience.
