What you'll do

• Supervise community associates
• ensure compliance with tax credit requirements
• support customer service and leasing standards
• respond to resident requests
• direct marketing
• assist with lease paperwork and renewals
• review resident files and accounting records
• manage delinquency follow-up and reporting
• organize resident activities
• monitor occupancy, collections, and expenses
• collect and deposit rents and deposits.
