What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations by applying policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural expectations
• support the General Manager in developing team members
• perform and learn restaurant stations and functions through the Service Manager level
• oversee cash management and nightly report packaging
• train and coach employees
• supervise scheduled shifts
• support guest experience and food safety
• maintain facilities and complete opening, closing, line-check, and cleaning processes.
