Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Nights in Washburn, ND. This is an onsite, part-time role with 12-hour night shifts, including every third weekend. The pay range is $32.50 - $48.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. This role exists to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborating with inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, perform resident assessments, provide resident education, and perform various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to assistive personnel.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.

Experience

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
