What you'll do

• Meet and exceed sales goals

• support technology-led in-store interactions
• maintain service feedback scores
• represent brand values
• oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and inbound and outbound inventory
• track fulfillment and inventory metrics
• support loss prevention and store procedures
• assist merchandising presentation
• provide sales and product feedback to leadership
• motivate, onboard, coach, and train associates
• maintain a productive work environment.
