What you'll do

• Respond to leads, consult with prospective clients, prepare estimates and proposals, and follow up on sales

• document property details and preferences
• review account profitability twice yearly and recommend scope or pricing changes
• coordinate staffing, scheduling, and routes
• support lead generation and promotions
• visit job sites, communicate expectations to crews, and provide guidance or training when needed.
