Construction Project Coordinator

Job overview

The Construction Project Coordinator role is onsite in Austin, TX, and pays $21.65–$26.45 per hour, depending on experience. JF Petroleum Group provides fueling infrastructure distribution, construction, and service solutions for retail fueling stations, fleets, and emergency power customers. The coordinator supports construction projects from early development through closeout by managing project documentation, coordinating materials and logistics, and assisting project managers. The role also manages smaller service construction projects and helps keep regulatory, billing, and customer documentation processes moving.

What you'll do

• Set up projects and bids in SmartSheet and create project folders
• manage bid requests to subcontractors and vendors
• assist with procurement of permits, fire hydrant meters, and equipment
• submit construction notifications to TCEQ
• assist with contract and purchase order documents
• verify and coordinate project materials and equipment
• assist project managers with project logistics and management
• coordinate regulatory notifications and inspection scheduling
• manage smaller service construction projects and update SmartSheet logs
• initiate billing cycles with the billing team
• assist with spill bucket program and replacements
• manage project closeout documents and present required documents to customers
• assist with construction project billing.
