What you'll do

• Manage field employee attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations
• provide responsive customer service to clients and associates
• maintain records and reporting
• walk the site floor at least three times daily to monitor safety, GMP, and policy compliance
• resolve problems and conflicts
• communicate with teams
• interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers as needed
• follow company policies and support EEO standards.
