What you'll do

• Monitor the ice and remind skaters to follow safety guidelines and rink rules
• address unsafe behavior
• assist beginners and skaters who have fallen
• help skaters use appropriate helmets and skates
• report incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations to management
• provide basic first aid for minor injuries
• assist with emergencies and special events
• provide guest service
• enforce facility policies
• help maintain cleanliness and report maintenance issues
• assist other departments as needed.
