The Pediatrician role is onsite in Fair Lawn, NJ. Compensation is $80,000–$85,000 per year. Advocare is a physician-owned partnership serving communities across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The pediatrician provides preventive and acute care for children, monitors growth and development, and works with families and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive care. The part-time schedule is two to three days per week, with newborn rounds and about one weekend call per month.

What you'll do

• Perform physical examinations and diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other conditions
• assess growth and development
• order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results
• conduct well visits and routine vaccinations
• educate patients and families on preventive care
• collaborate with healthcare professionals
• maintain accurate medical records
• provide newborn rounds and participate in approximately one weekend call per month.
