This role supports the Advanced DRAM Technology Development organization. This role exists to build the thin-film foundations of advanced DRAM devices. It contributes to the team by owning key dielectric deposition processes, influencing technical direction, and delivering robust, scalable solutions that meet performance and yield goals.

What you'll do

  • Drive strategic and tactical decisions for thin-film deposition.
  • Develop and incorporate new thin films for High Aspect Ratio DRAM features.
  • Relate wafer performance to hardware performance.
  • Lead initiatives to meet program KPIs.
  • Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Execute project roadmaps and communicate status to leadership.

What we're looking for

Education
Master's degree or PhD.
Experience
Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field OR PhD research with relevant industry experience.
