What you'll do
- Drive strategic and tactical decisions for thin-film deposition.
- Develop and incorporate new thin films for High Aspect Ratio DRAM features.
- Relate wafer performance to hardware performance.
- Lead initiatives to meet program KPIs.
- Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Execute project roadmaps and communicate status to leadership.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Master's degree or PhD.
- Experience
- Master's degree with 2+ years of experience in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field OR PhD research with relevant industry experience.
