What you'll do

• Oversee night-shift production activities
• follow plant startup, shutdown, cleaning, and batching procedures
• monitor equipment and operational data
• troubleshoot process issues
• review water tests and logs and make chemical adjustments as needed
• maintain safety and environmental compliance
• supervise confined-space entries
• complete operational logs and shift reports
• coach and develop team members
• ensure checklists and training are completed.
