What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support On-Site Association Managers and assigned staff
• oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development
• maintain relationships with association Boards and clients
• lead client retention and renewals
• monitor account performance
• identify operational improvements
• participate in strategic planning and business development
• support new-account onboarding
• serve as an interim On-Site Manager when necessary.
