What you'll do

• Lead and mentor construction professionals
• monitor division and project performance and profit-and-loss results
• develop budgets and financial forecasts
• oversee project planning and execution
• review estimates and proposals
• assess staffing, technical, safety, and estimating needs
• coordinate manpower
• support training and performance reviews
• develop sales leads and customer relationships
• report project status, risks, opportunities, and backlog.
