The Field Service Technician role is a full-time field-service position serving the Rochester, MN area. Compensation is not specified. Sanco Equipment is a full-line Bobcat and XCMG dealer, providing technicians with manufacturer training, diagnostic tools, technical support, and an experienced Parts and Service team. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains construction equipment at customer locations and jobsites. The role helps customers keep equipment operating by addressing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, drivetrain, and emissions issues and communicating repair findings to customers and the service team.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer locations and jobsites
• repair diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems, drivetrains, emissions systems, and attachments
• use manufacturer diagnostic software and service tools
• perform preventive maintenance, inspections, warranty repairs, and field campaigns
• and communicate repair needs and findings to customers and the Service team.
