What you'll do

• Manage talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, payroll support, employee relations, leave, onboarding and offboarding, records, training, and compliance
• analyze HR data and metrics
• advise management
• develop policies and procedures
• manage internal HR audits
• administer government reporting and compliance
• support CARF and Source America compliance
• oversee the Employee Assistance Program, safety, and workers’ compensation.
