What you'll do

• Lead the multi-year capital campaign strategy and donor outreach
• manage a personal portfolio of 70–100 key donors and support the CEO’s donor engagement
• oversee fundraising with foundations, grantmakers, corporations, and church partners
• guide external communications and storytelling
• champion annual giving campaigns and signature events, including the Annual Gala
• develop vision for future campaigns and partnerships.
