What you'll do

• Implement regional operating plans
• recruit and manage a BCBA team
• maintain clinical service quality and client satisfaction
• manage billable productivity margins and quarterly revenue targets
• strengthen client, payer, and staff engagement
• consult on complex ABA cases and resolve client grievances
• manage client balance and waitlist
• coordinate with departments on regional needs
• conduct in-person client visits and travel between clients and business meetings.
