Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Patient Care Tech

Completes Bedside shift report in the room at the beginning and end of each shift. Meets with Supervising RN at the beginning of each shift to receive delegation of tasks. Involves the patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, population specific, and diversity needs in care. Follows facility policies and procedures to promote patient safety.
