What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions
• provide medical nutrition therapy aligned with CMS and AHCA standards
• complete required charting
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and attend IDT meetings
• conduct kitchen, supplement, and dining audits
• lead QAPI initiatives
• oversee dietary services and menu implementation
• provide telehealth consultations and document in EMR systems.
