What you'll do

• Welcome and assist members
• promote and refer credit union products and services
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• resolve inquiries and complaints
• make outbound member calls
• complete wire transfers and other complex transactions
• balance cash and daily transactions
• document member interactions
• complete training
• and support branch operations and staffing as needed.

Why this role

Part-time, 20 hours per week. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m.–5:45 p.m., with rotating Saturdays, 9:15 a.m.–1:45 p.m. Requires at least one year of customer interaction and cash-handling experience or equivalent. Bilingual skills are a plus and may qualify for a $2-per-hour differential, subject to verification.
