What you'll do

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• deliver orders promptly and professionally
• explain menu items and ingredients and respond to reasonable requests
• coordinate with back-of-house staff
• collect tickets and follow cash-handling procedures
• maintain dining-room setup, cleanliness, and sanitation
• address complaints and relay issues to a supervisor
• assist other departments during events and functions.
