The role bridges operational command-and-control needs and product and engineering teams, identifying mission challenges and translating them into deliverable capabilities. It supports PACAF and Indo-Pacific modernization by guiding discovery, prioritization, experimentation, integration, and measurement of operational impact.

What you'll do

• Lead C2 innovation efforts across PACAF and the Indo-Pacific
• build relationships with headquarters, Air Operations Centers, operational units, and Joint partners
• conduct mission discovery
• translate operational needs into requirements and outcomes
• identify processes for simplification or automation
• work with product and engineering teams through development and integration
• prioritize capability roadmaps
• facilitate demonstrations and user feedback
• evaluate emerging technologies
• support open architecture and rapid experimentation
• measure adoption and operational impact
• represent Raft with senior stakeholders.
