What you'll do

• Maintain outside grounds and water plants
• clean HVAC and exhaust units and patio railings
• empty trash
• change light bulbs
• pressure wash stairs, mats, and walkways
• sweep, vacuum, mop, steam, and buff floors
• clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock paper goods
• dust and wipe surfaces
• prepare soiled laundry for pickup
• touch up paint and clean walls
• maintain signage
• disinfect high-touch surfaces
• clean windows
• use cleaning chemicals, tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment safely.
