Physician Liaison – Healthcare Sales

The Physician Liaison – Healthcare Sales role is field-based across Baltimore, Carroll, and Harford counties in Maryland, supporting clinics in Bel Air, Owings Mills, Westminster, and White Marsh. Compensation is a base salary of $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus a quarterly incentive bonus structure. CoreLife, in partnership with MedStar Health, uses an integrated care model for obesity and chronic conditions. The liaison builds relationships with physicians and other providers, explains CoreLife programs, and supports patient referrals and access to care. The role connects clinics with the medical community and tracks outreach and referral activity to support growth.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
• educate providers and staff about programs and services
• increase awareness and referral engagement
• serve as liaison between clinics and referring providers
• conduct in-person meetings and outreach
• partner with marketing, sales, and business development
• represent the organization at community and healthcare events
• track outreach and referral trends.
