What you'll do

• Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered
• verify resident identity
• follow hand-washing and infection-control procedures
• order supplies as needed
• remove expired or discontinued medications
• maintain accurate medication records and account for keys
• report discrepancies and changes in resident condition
• document care
• assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, activities of daily living, dining, and light housekeeping
• escort residents to dining areas.
