What you'll do

• Deliver clinical and case management services to foster children, foster families, and biological parents
• conduct home visits and respond to urgent issues
• develop, implement, and evaluate service plans
• arrange services and parent-child visitation
• maintain compliance with DCFS policies
• participate in team meetings, reviews, and court hearings
• maintain case records
• arrange or provide transportation
• provide after-hours emergency coverage as assigned.
