What you'll do

• Manage the departmental budget

• determine food quality, quantity, and portion sizes
• ensure adequate staffing
• coordinate production for patient meals and the cafeteria
• develop cafeteria menus as needed
• purchase food and assign duties for special needs or occasions.

Why this role
