What you'll do

• Make regular rounds to address resident needs, including toileting, repositioning, and hydration
• observe and report changes in health
• provide care according to resident profiles and preferences
• assist with bathing, meals, personal care, toileting, and mobility
• take vital signs as assigned
• respond to call lights
• assist with admissions, discharges, activities, and resident transportation
• document care
• follow safety and infection-control practices
• report potential abuse or neglect and unsafe equipment.
