Client Manager

Job overview

The Client Manager role is based in HEAPY’s Indianapolis, IN office; compensation is $86,500–$140,500 per year. HEAPY’s Corporate practice supports its mission to create sustainable and resilient environments. The role manages projects from proposal through closeout, balancing financial performance, quality, schedule, resources, risk, and client experience. It also develops client relationships and business opportunities while coordinating delivery across engineering, commissioning, energy optimization, sustainability, information and communications technology, and related services.

What you'll do

• Guide service delivery against procedures and milestones
• oversee project execution, profitability, resource allocation, and cost control
• lead project costing and proposal preparation
• manage project quality and regulatory compliance
• identify opportunities to introduce services and expand client relationships
• coordinate project teams and client communications
• review progress, risks, scope, fees, billing, and client feedback
• support account development and capture strategies
• use the customer relationship management system to report activities and opportunities.
