What you'll do

• Maintain relationships with vendors, residents, employees, equity partners, and construction personnel
• manage the property and supervise staff under company policies
• resolve tenant complaints and property concerns
• optimize occupancy and net revenues
• hire, train, and develop personnel
• execute resident retention, renewal, lease-expiration, marketing, and occupancy plans
• identify efficiency, cost-saving, and technology opportunities.
