What you'll do

• Support safety training and compliance
• oversee facility and equipment maintenance
• manage receiving, shipping, maintenance, and quality-control workflows
• schedule and guide staff
• troubleshoot daily operations
• assist with SOP development and KPI generation and interpretation
• schedule shipments
• manage order picking and returns
• train equipment operators
• order supplies and schedule equipment maintenance
• process product claims
• communicate with distribution centers, vendors, and manufacturers
• assist with physical work as needed.
