Technical Account Manager — Managed Service Provider

• identify aging technology, security concerns, configuration issues, and documentation gaps
• document findings and track issues
• assess new client environments during onboarding
• maintain technical records and diagrams
• share recommendations with internal teams
• and follow up on identified items.
